Plan for Success

If you like it or not you are today where you saw yourself a year, two or five years ago. And it works every time. It’s not where you wished to be but where you saw yourself. As we know it works, so why not using it?
Think of your business, the one you have or your business start-up plan. Think of the new service or product launch. Where do you want to be in 3 months, in 6 months and at the end of the year? Reach for a piece of paper and a pen, take a couple of minutes and start writing. How much income and revenue do you plan to have? What new products do you want to launch? How many employees or contractors are working for you? What promotions do you run and what Internet Tools and Services are you using? What new tools and strategies are you going to learn and to implement? What business advice and business training do you add to accelerate your business success?
How often are you going to contact your existing customers? What strategies to attract new customers do you implement? How often to update your web site? How many newsletters? How often are you going to Blog? What business questions do you need answered at the end of three, six and twelve months and what resources do you have to find to speed up the process? Create a business plan for 2008.

It doesn’t have to be perfect, but start seeing yourself there. Imagine yourself in three months time reading your bank account figures. Hear yourself talking to a friend in 6 months time about where your business or your planning of your business start-up is at and feel the big smile on your face you can’t wipe away when you look back in a years time at 2008.
What did the Internet do for your business? How did Internet Services and Tools boost your business and how much did it grow? Mhh, that right: heaps. See it.
Select Business Success wishes you a Happy New Year and a fantastic start into 2008 and may the Internet force be with you and your business.

Blog your way to Business Success

We love blogging - what a great internet tool. It is fun and you reading this means you are learning more about boosting your business. We decided to blog on blogger.com and not on our home page. You might be wondering why! Despite that we love working on our web page and adding new content and pages – especially to the member’s area, there will be more pages updated on blogger on a daily bases than on ours. Imagine how many people blog on blogger.com. And google robots or bots love that. That means they visit blogger.com more often and therefore pick up on the updates much earlier. You might wonder what robots, or also called bots are doing on the internet. They are very important. These are automatic crawlies or programs which crawl from web site to web site determining their ranking on Google.
And do we refer to Select Business Success’ home page? For sure we do, because there is more valuable information provided. As well as we have now a link from our Select Business Success Blog page to our blog. And we know that linking is also important for the google ranking. Is this good or good information? I bet it is.

How to cook corn in the microwave

The internet is amazing. I love it. You can find everything. Ask and you receive: what time it is in New York, exchange rates, booking cinema or flight tickets and cooking recipes. If you are interested in learning HTML, CSS, C++, Java or any other Computer language, there are heaps of sites out there where you can and some of them are extraordinary. Last week I had the question “how to cook corn in the microwave”. For the answer check out http://www.microwavecornonthecob.com/.
The query I typed in on http://www.google.com/ was “how to cook corn”. Isn’t that amazing? My mom couldn’t explain it better.

Warm Regards
